Our polyurethane crane wheels are made of most tough material, which is suitable for heavyweight applications that require the most demanding. Large polyurethane crane wheels will consist of reinforced steel cores or rims.

SPECIFICATIONS :

Kingrail Parts can make new steel cores or repair any wear wheels with coating. We will first peel away any previous materials in our mechanical workshop to expose new metals for our high -intensity bonding process. Each core will be skipped in our most advanced clean room so that polyurethane can be directly bonded into metal. Ensuring the bonding strength is greater than the tear strength of our polyurethane is our standard practice.

 

Kingrail Parts can customize almost any size polyurethane crane wheels for the most harsh application. Our urethane can withstand the extreme conditions including underwater applications, and have chemical resistance to most chemicals and oils. Kingrail Parts has a full range of hard hardness materials, which can be used for any size of a crane wheel with a short weekly rotation time. Usually, Kingrail Parts can repair the polyurethane crane wheel with coating before the fast week. We also provide a series of secondary operations to analyze each wheel to match the OEM track design to replace the bolts on the wheels. We often hear that our polyurethane crane wheels are stronger than the original equipment!
