Crane Wheel Maintenance:
1. The tread of the wheel should not have defects such as dents, trachoma, air holes, shrinkage holes, cracks, chipping and other defects. After discovery, it cannot be welded and repaired, and new crane wheels should be replaced in time;
2. If the tread has pits, when the diameter of the hanging wheel is less than or equal to 500mm, the diameter of the pit is less than or equal to 1mm; when the diameter of the wheel is greater than 500mm, the diameter of the pit is less than or equal to 1.5mm, and the depth is less than or equal to 3mm and less than 5, it can be used continuously;
3. When the relative wear difference of the two driving wheels exceeds 1‰ of the diameter, it should be machined to the same diameter with heavy load, and the tolerance is not less than D6.
