Kingrail Parts's crane wheel usually has two flanges, but can be modified to have a single flange,center flange, or no flanges according to your needs.

Kingrail Parts can use any material or forged a crane wheel according to your specific size requirements. Our forging wheel also provides any surface hardness of up to 65 Rockwell C, including our standard heat treatment.

The typical range provided is a toughened rim [33-40 RC, 4 points] and deep Hardened [56-65 RC, 4 points]
