1. Single flange wheel for bridge and gantry crane
The height of the wheel flange is about 20mm-25mm;
The wheel material is ZG340-640 cast steel or ZG-50simn low alloy steel.
ZG340-640 cast steel wheels, rolling surface hardness is about 300-350HB, ZG-50simn, and rolling surface hardness is about 420-480HB.
The mechanical properties, accuracy and roughness of materials meet the regulations of JB/T 6392-2008.
2. Double flange wheel for bridge and gantry crane
The height of the wheel flange is about 25mm-30mm;
The wheel material is ZG340-640 cast steel or ZG-50Simn low alloy steel.
For ZG340-640 cast steel wheels, the rolling surface hardness is about 300-350HB, and for ZG-50Simn, the rolling surface hardness is about 420-480HB.
The mechanical properties, accuracy and roughness of materials meet the regulations of JB/T 6392-2008.
