Our Flanges
1. Blind Flange
A blind flange is a circular plate with all the relevant bolt holes but no center hole, therefore, it is used to close the end of the opening of piping systems and pressure vessels. It also allows easy access to the vessel or piping system for inspection.
2. Weld neck flanges
Weld neck flanges have a long tapered hub and are usually used in high-pressure applications. These flanges are designed to be connected to piping systems by welding.
3. Slip-On Flanges
These flanges are easily installed and welded to different pipes. Slip-On pipe flanges are slipped onto the pipe and then welded on the inside and outside to provide adequate strength and prevent leakage.
4. Socket Weld Flanges
These flanges are connected by inserting the pipe into the socket end. It allows for a smooth bore and better flow of the fluid or gas inside. Socket Weld Pipe Flanges are mainly used for smaller sizes of high-pressure pipes.
5. Threaded Flanges
Threaded flanges are similar to slip-on pipe flanges, except that the inner bore of threaded pipe flanges has tapered threads. These flanges are ideal for relatively low-pressure piping systems.
6. Lap joint Flanges
Lap joint flanges slip over pipe and are most commonly used with stub end fittings. The pipe is usually welded to the stub end and the lap joint flange is free to rotate.
7. Orifice Flanges
Orifice flanges replace standard pipe flanges when an orifice plate or flow nozzle must be installed. Paired pressure taps are machined into the orifice flange, making separate orifice carrier or pipe wall taps a necessity.
Our flange production capacity: 7,000 tons per year
