INTRODUCE :

The crane hook is a device that is used to grabbing and lifting the heavy objects with the help of devices such as hoist or cranes.

 

Single hook capacity // 50t/63T/80T/100T/125T/160T/200T/250T is not good, and is generally used for low -load operations (less than 80T).

 

Double hook capacity: 10t/12t/16T/20T/25T/32T/40T/50T/63T/80T/100T/125T/160T/200T/250T. When the capacity is large, the double -hook with symmetrical bearing is made from several steel plates. The safety performance of each steel plate is better, but the self -weight is large, and it is mostly used for large capacity or lifted molten steel cranes.

 

According to mechanical properties, it is divided into five strength grades of M, P, S, T, and V.

 

Forging hooks and strap hooks are manufactured by manufacturing.

Hook material:

M -level with DG20, or DG20MN

P -level with DG20MN

S -class with DG34CRMO

T   grade below 40t with DG34CrMo, more than 40t with DG34CrNiMo or DG30Cr2Ni2Mo

V  grade below 40t with DG34CrNiMo or DG30Cr2Ni2Mo, more than 40t  with DG30Cr2Ni2Mo

 

Heat treatment:Quenched and tempered

 

Finished:Powder Coating/Painted/Customized
