Clamp: 

The clip is essential for fixing the guide rail on the anchoring base. The adjustable weldable clip is convenient for maintenance and installation. According to the side load of the crane, the strength requirements of the fixture can be better determined. For durability, we recommend using galvanized bottom components and thermal vulcanized rubber nose clips for your project.

Cushion: 

Cushion is a material that helps to transfer and soften the load of the crane to the track. They ensure that the life span of the guide rail is longer and reduces maintenance during use. We recommend a new Railock pad. It is very durable and has high -intensity reinforced steel sandwiches in the materials. Kingrai Parts's Railock cushion is built on the reputation of the MK6 pad. It has reliable records and has been used in many port projects around the world.

Cement

based grouting: epoxy resin and cement are usually used as groove materials, but due to ease of use and availability, we will recommend cement grouting for projects.

 

Kingrail 035 cement grouting is a suitable project material. It is a high -performance without shrinking grouting mixture, which is specially developed and manufactured in Europe for a crane rail. They use 25 kg bags and can be mixed on the spot to use immediately.

The bottom plate should be at least EN 10025: S235 or JIS standard SS400B steel.
