The rail clamp is an important part of the crane rail system. Sometimes we call it a rail fixed clip. In the past, the train track was used for wooden sleepers, and the rail spikes were rail clamps. Later, when people used steel sleepers or concrete sleepers, elastic clips were rail clamps. The crane rail clamps are mostly used in the form of a base plate. There are many forms of this crane rail device.

Type of crane rail clamps
There are many types of rail clamps, and Kingrail Parts can provide the following types of rail clamps.
1. WJK welding rail clamps
The WJK welded rail clamp is a fixed -steel fastener for a fixed rail when laying. It is also a rail fix clips of the welded rail. It is divided into three categories:
1) Light rail clamp: wjk-tg24, wjk-tg30,
2) Heavy rail clamp: WJK-TG38, WJK-TG43, WJKTG50
3) Crane rail clamp: WJK-QU80, WJK-QU100, WJK-QU120
2.Crane rail pressing plate
The GDGL pressure plate is 514 dual -hole pressure plates (steel pressure plates for I-beam beam). GDGL pressure plate model is divided into GDGL-1 (38kg rail) -gdgl-7 (120kg rail). The GDGL pressure plate material is Q235B. Each set of GDGL plates includes 1 dual -hole pressure plate, 1 base plate, 2 wedge-shaped base plates and 2 sets of bolts.
The DGL pressure plate is a long -hole base plate (concrete beam, concrete floor pressure plate). The DGL plate model can be divided into 6A-1 (suitable for 24kg rail)-6A-7, (suitable for 120kg rail). The DGL plate is material for cast iron and cast steel. The supporting products include pressure plates, upper tongue, special-shaped base plate, composite rubber pads, hexagonal bolts.
3. The KPO series is a rigid fastener. Its models are KPO3, KPO6, KPO9
4. MTH pressing plate: M8, M10, M12, M12LA, M12LAS, M16, M16RF, M20, M24.
