SPECIFICATIONS :

Weldable & Interlocking

The MX series (also known as the 9000 series) crane rail clip is the adjustable clip of two parts of welding. They are composed of the top and lower part of the clip, and they can be welded with forged steel parts, which are locking, sliding, and tight.

 

Welding platform base

It can be used for international rails. The welding platform provides steel base support for cam adjustable clip, and allows wide welding capabilities that exceed theoretical requirements.

 

Through Bolt

Our through bolts combine engineering efficiency and cost economy. The design of the clip does not produce obvious curvature loads. The clips and cam can be kept galvanized without lowering the horizontal resistance level. This is because the clip plays the role of bearing connection.

 

Ax expansion

AX expansion adjustable rail clips have been used on the crane runway, so that the rail can be freely expanded. Traditionally, the AX rail clip has been successfully used for the hot climate. In this case, the extreme temperature of the daily will cause a larger extreme to the length and contraction of the crane rail length.
