Standards

Our products are also ISO certified and we will provide this certificate to our customers.

In addition, in our commercial offer, we will include all relevant documents listed in the technical specifications (CAT 2). These include chemical analysis, hardness test, mechanical test, ultrasonic and magnetic particle test, residual unbalance position (E3) and Charpy impact test, etc.

Delivery

Kingrail Parts will confirm the production plan and estimated delivery time according to the customer's product demand time. At the same time, we can also ensure that the planned time of partial shipments and overall shipments is consistent with the arrival time.

Payment

Finally, we reached an agreement with the customer to pay by LC.
